The recipient of bachelor’s in human resources management and a master’s in information systems from Friends University, Jeffery Scott Fraser serves as owner of Alaska’s Tsaina Lodge. Outside of work, Jeffery S. Fraser enjoys snowboarding.
Shaun White is one of snowboarding’s most decorated and popular athetes. The California native won multiple Winter X-Games medals before making his Olympic debut at the 2006 Turin Olympics, where he won a gold medal in halfpipe. He repeated as Olympic champion in the event four years later at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics but finished in just fourth place at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
Yet, White has been preparing for redemption in what could likely be his fourth and final Olympic appearance, and a new approach might help him reach the top of the Olympic podium at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics. In preparation, White replaced his longtime coach Bud Keene with Olympic bronze medalist J. J. Thomas. He has also focused more on physical therapy and working out while adding new tricks to his repertoire.
